Pricing & Modifications

• Confirmed enrollments will be honored at the original price.

Online Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
• SHF does not store card or banking details.
• SHF shall not be responsible for technical failures, banking errors, or payment gateway issues.

Any disputes regarding payment deductions must be resolved with the bank or payment provider.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (STRICT)

Sacred Healing Foundation (SHF) follows a strict and non-lenient refund policy due to the digital, spiritual, and experiential nature of its courses and services.

General Rule

• All purchases are considered final once the course content is accessed.
• Courses, healings, meditations, symbols, and spiritual teachings are intangible digital products and therefore non-returnable.

Limited Refund Window (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and strictly within the time limits mentioned below:

• Recorded Courses: Within 30 days of purchase, only if less than a minimal portion of the content has been accessed.
• Live Courses / Workshops: Within 7 days of enrollment, only if the live session has not been substantially attended.

No Refund Will Be Granted If:

• A significant portion of the course has been viewed or attended.
• Course material has been downloaded, copied, recorded, or shared.
• Access credentials have been used.
• The request is made after the allowed refund window.
• The dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations, beliefs, lack of spiritual connection, or perceived results.
• The user has previously requested multiple refunds (refund abuse).

Refund Method

• Approved refunds, if any, shall be issued solely at SHF’s discretion.
• Refunds may be provided as SHF credits or to the original payment method, depending on feasibility.
• No cash refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

Legal & Policy-Based Refunds

SHF reserves the right to issue refunds beyond the stated time frame only in cases of:

• Proven payment duplication
• Confirmed technical error attributable to SHF
• Legal or policy-driven course discontinuation

Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: sacredhealingfoundation@gmail.com

Requests without valid justification or submitted beyond the allowed time period shall be automatically rejected.

SHF’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

Promotional Communication Consent

By registering on the website, you consent to receive emails, messages, and calls related to:

• Spiritual events & announcements

You may opt out at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties
